Office Therapy Session fee $140 per hour
I hold a limited number of SLIDING-SCALE spaces for clients who would not otherwise have access to therapy for both in-office and equine-assisted sessions. Additionally, 'Superbills' can be provided to self submit to insurance for possible reimbursement.

Therapeutic ground-sessions at the farm are custom tailored to client goals and comfort around horses. Areas of focus may include: growing ability to emotionally regulate and self-sooth, reduce symptoms of stress/anxiety/depression, increase sense of physical embodiment, grow confidence and self-trust, gain insight on patterns of attachment/avoidance that shows up in social/familial/intimate relationships.
No horse experience is necessary, we always start by learning safety. However, having a little knowledge of horse behavior/body language can be supportive of the therapeutic process.
Availability and scheduling for sessions at the farm are limited based on the timing of other activities occurring at the farm.
